For the assistance of our property management experts, the Conine Group charges only 10 percent of the gross. In some cases, we charge even less.

We never charge the property owner a leasing fee or repair surcharge. Repairs are handled reasonably and responsibly. Customizations are allowed. As the owner, you can do some of the repairs yourself if you want, or we can take care of everything for you.

For one low rate, you get all this and more. Payments can be deposited in your account or forwarded to you, the property owner. If requested, the Conine Group will even coordinate payment of insurance, mortgage payments, and taxes for the property owner .
