- Getting your home ready to sell. If you plan to list your home with
The Conine Group, we will help you determine what you need to do to get your
home ready to sell. Before you show your home to prospective buyers, you usually
want to make some improvements so that it will create a positive impression.
Are you considering repainting, cleaning the carpet, or making various improvements
and repairs. Some projects create a positive impression and raise the price
you should get for your house. Others may be unnecessary. We have the experience
to help you decide what will offer you the most payback.
- Listing your home. When you list your home with The Conine Group,
you benefit from the multiple listing service (MLS). This means not only that your home
will be available to be shown by The Conine Group Realtors, but that
it will be available for any local Realtor who has a prospect who is interested
in the property.
- Advertising and marketing your property. When you list real estate
with us, we take care of all the publicity associated with making sure the
widest possible audience knows that your home is for sale. This includes not
only inclusion in books put out by the MLS and the Realtor.com web site for
local properties. It also includes advertising in local newspapers and The
Real Estate Book for Waco and McLennan County, Texas.
- Qualifying prospective buyers. Another thing that we can help you
with is making sure that the strangers who are asking about your home are
qualified buyers. The Realtor will work with the prospect to help them identify
the properties that are within their price range. That means you do not have to
waste time opening your home to people who are not really prospects.

worry about staying home day and night to answer the phone in case someone

We monitor the progress of these events so that you know as soon as possible

the buyer, we work as your representative, and involve you only when necessary.
- Continuing advice and negotiations. If property inspections do result
in the buyer asking for further repairs, again we will be there to advise
and represent you.
