• Getting your home ready to sell. If you plan to list your home with The Conine Group, we will help you determine what you need to do to get your home ready to sell. Before you show your home to prospective buyers, you usually want to make some improvements so that it will create a positive impression. Are you considering repainting, cleaning the carpet, or making various improvements and repairs. Some projects create a positive impression and raise the price you should get for your house.
